Esteban leads the organization Tiempo de Juego since 2011, and has led the expansion of the organization from a small organization that benefited 300 individuals and had presence in two locations; to one of the leading non-profit organizations in Colombia, with presence in 10 municipalities, more than 5000 beneficiaries so far, multiple funding sources and several national and international awards. Esteban is a lawyer with a master’s in education and child rights and has 16 years of experience in education and social development projects.
