Esperanza is Consultant INSERTA-Fundación ONCE in Cantabria. An entity that contributes to the social inclusion of people with disabilities through employment and training. She works incorporating diverse talent enterprises, improving the employability of people with disabilities and weaving alliances with other organizations. She has a degree in psychology from the University of Salamanca, where she also studied a Masters in Integration of People with Disabilities.
