Engidawork is an Ethiopian social entrepreneur, social impact advocate and founder of a social enterprise,B-Clean Solutions. He had spent most of his time in the provision of training for different target groups. He had much experience in NGO sector in managing projects that bring an impact in the lives of the community, consulting organizations and providing trainings. In addition to these, he currently engaged himself in the alleviation of deadliest hygiene related diseases in the rural parts of Ethiopia through production of quality and affordable liquid detergent through his own social enterprise called B-Clean Solutions. Engidawork always stretches himself towards enabling Ethiopian youth to understand their abilities and talents for the realization of their value. Engidawork holds a masters degree in Sociology from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
