Emilia Frost is a Political Scientist (B.Sc.; M.Sc.), specialized in Peace and Conflict Studies (B.Sc.) and Law, Gender and Society (M.A.). Her professional experience include: program coordination and project PM&E with particular focus on mainstreaming key principles such as local ownership, gender and intersectional perspectives, Do-no-Harm and conflict sensitivity; strategic planning and organizational management including basic financial administration; technical assistance to local institutions and civil society organizations; International Observation and Human Rights protection; conflict analysis and risk assessment; academic research and some pedagogic work including as university guest lecturer.
