Eliguard was born and raised on the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro in northern Tanzania. He serves as the Program Director for D-tree in Mainland Tanzania. He is a social and digital innovation and leadership evangelist, and passionate about human development. As a stronger believer in the power of technology, he has a special interest in exploring novel approaches in the use of digital solutions to improve lives. Eliguard has a Master’s Degree in Education for Sustainability from London South Bank University. He is an Acumen Fellow, a farmer, marathoner, bookworm and an amateur writer/poet.
