Eliana Karina Salcedo
Karina is Director of the Ángeles de Jesús Foundation in Ibague, Tolima. She has led projects guided to educate young people in human rights and public policy in order to promote cultural, environmental and peace programs in vulnerable communities. Her organization has been working in the communities for more than 6 years supporting their beneficiaries becoming knowledgeable about their own reality. Karina is a social communicator and journalist with specialization in pedagogy from the Universidad del Tolima.
