Eifion is CEO of Circular Economy Wales, where he leads on directing circular economy benefit towards the rebuilding of resilient communities. Eifion’s vision for community rebuild is a combination of circulating resources and circulating the subsequent wealth it generates. Eifion, a fluent Welsh speaker, graduated at Aberystwyth University, helped establish the UK’s first Zero Waste villages and is founder of Wales’s complementary currency, ‘Celyn Mutual Credit,’ having secured a Churchill travel fellowship to look at this emerging sector across Europe.
