Delphine has spent 15 years working in the remittance industry in Italy, UK and currently in Spain as Director General of Western Union IBERIA. In 2016 she designed the European Action Plan for Western Union in response to the humanitarian refugee crisis in the Mediterranean. She works with immigrants microentrepreneurs providing the service remittance helping to promote financial inclusion in the countries. She has a Masters in Philology at the Universisad of Paris X
