Deepika leads the pioneer program to place high school students as interns with micro and small enterprises at Lend A Hand India. She also supports grassroots technology initiatives using open-source tools. Previously, she led an online direct-to-consumer channel for fashion jewelry at a Gemstone Jewelry Export house, Gempro. She also co-founded The Karmyo Foundation focused on developing an entrepreneurial mindset amongst teenagers. She is a graduate of the National Institute of Fashion Technology.
