Dalia Zileviciute
Dalia grew up in Lithuania, experiencing the turbulent economic experiment undertaken by this newly independent country transitioning to free economic markets. This experience spurred her interest in social development and political economy. After studying international relations and economics at Boston University and completing her masters in management at London Business School, Dalia spent four years as a management consultant at KPMG. After deciding to focus on positive social and economic change, Dalia completed her MPA at Columbia University and London School of Economics, specializing in development economics. Recently, she worked with the International Labour Organization in Jordan, Innovations for Poverty Action in Peru, the House of Commons in the UK and at the Columbia Impact Investing Initiative in New York. Now, as an Acumen Global Fellow, Dalia is on a jourey to find effective ways to integrate her business acumen with her economic development experience.
