Previously, she led an HR consulting practice focused on improving business performance for SMEs and has extensive experience working as a Human Resource Director in multinational organizations and managing diverse and multicultural teams across Africa and the UK. She is passionate about solar power and its potential to address unemployment challenges among the youth in Africa.
