Kaui is currently the General Farm manager of MA'O Organic Farms whose mission is to grow organic produce and empower youth leaders in Waianae, Hawai'i. She manages a 281 acre certified organic farm while mentors 40-50 young adults and a farm staff team of 25. While producing 4 tons of organic produce a week she also mentors her team and interns in organic farming, community engagement, and leadership development. She deepens her practice and understanding of ancestral and modern knowledges to improve Hawai'i's current food system. She is committed to her community by practicing aloha ʻāina and supporting youth empowerment.
