Caren is a certified leadership coach, transformational leadership trainer, certified 7-Habits of Highly Effective People trainer, mentor, and social entrepreneur who delights in mentoring young women and men to be able to achieve their greatest potential in life. She is the Founder and Executive Director of Emerging Leaders Foundation (ELF); an organization that focuses on raising young people as positive agents of change in society. She has over 16 years of experience doing youth empowerment work in Kenya and Africa at large. She has previously served with organizations that have a bias towards governance, media and policy. She believes that the quality of life that people live is directly proportional to the quality of their leadership. Therefore, for there to be dignity in a society, the leaders must be of sound mind, ethical and deliberate enough to make it a reality.
