Bridgetta is co-founder and head of food division of Lambano SL Limited. Lambano produces animal feed and natural organic food products; provides access to market for smallholder farmers in communities; and brings innovative food products into the market. Before Lambano, Bridgetta worked at the University of Sierra Leone and several nonprofits including Tetra Tech, Namati, British Council, and Sightsavers International. Bridgetta holds a BSc in Applied Accounting from the University of Sierra Leone.
