Borja is Co-Founder of SIC4Change, public policy expert and writer. SIC4Change is an organization that develops technology-based projects for solving social problems such as child malnutrition, food insecurity and poverty in several countries. He also works to develop public policies of inclusion, employment and development both in Spain and in African countries, where he has lived for more than ten years. He has published five books, the last ones, "Being poor, a social chrinic of poverty" and "The Eternal Dream of Kianda", won the Benito Pérez Armas prize. He holds an MA in Globalization and Multinational Corporations by SOAS University of London, an MBA from the Center for Economic and Commercial Studies and currently pursuing a Master of Philosophy for contemporary challenges by the UOC.
