Billow Hassan
Billow is from Northern Kenya and is the Founder of The Mandera Times, a bi-monthly newsletter that seeks to provide access to information and current events to communities living in Northern Kenya that the mainstream media ignores. Billow also works at the Ministry of Education of Kenya, and was a One Young World Ambassador in 2013. Billow holds Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from University of Nairobi, is a Certified Public Accountant, and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Finance & Economics from KCA University.
