Bailey is the Founder of Proactive Movement, a workplace wellness consultancy focused on improving employee engagement through leadership development, mindfulness, movement and healthy nutrition. In 2012, she was recognized as “100 Most Powerful Women in Canada” for her efforts in improving workplace health. Today, as a true multipotentialite, she is also the Director of Operations at EventMobi; a fast growing technology company transforming events worldwide. Previous to Proactive Movement, she worked at GlaxoSmithKline and Canadian Bank of Commerce as a process engineer. In 2015 as an Acumen Global Fellow, Bailey provided strategic direction in process re-engineering, operations and human centred design to both Edubridge and Asian Health Meter’s leadership teams. She holds a (BSc-Eng) from University of Toronto, is certified in variety of health & wellness modalities, including MBSR facilitation (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) through the university of massachusetts and is currently pursuing her MA in Adult Education, Community Development, Leadership and Social Change.
