Baheirah Khusheim is a Senior Global Rural Infrastructure Development Specialist at the Islamic Development Bank-the largest development organization in the Muslim world with programs in 57 member countries. She develops and manages the portfolio for integrated rural infrastructure development sector: housing, water, transport, agriculture, microfinance, and community driven development projects. In addition, she is a member of the Founder’s board for the Girl Guides of Saudi Arabia-an organization that empowers Saudi women to make a difference from a young age. Baheirah holds an Engineering Management Degree from MS&T University where she received 7 awards for her academic and leadership achievements. She also completed the International Relations and Diplomacy Program at Tufts University.
