Azwa Nayeem is the Chairperson of Alokito Hridoy Foundation, which runs an education lab to experiment, develop and provide teaching-learning models based on empathy and collaborative problem-solving to over 1250 educators working with over 10,000 students. She co-founded a home décor brand, Home Junction, which contributes to the foundation. She completed her Master’s degrees in Development Studies and International Relations. Azwa received in Leadership from Harvard Kennedy School and is also a World Economic Forum Global Shaper.
