Avril is National Project Officer for International Labour Organisation’s (ILO) Micro and Small Medium Enterprise development project in Sierra Leone. She works to enhance small enterprise development, financial inclusion, and employment intensive infrastructure aimed at creating jobs. Outside of her work at ILO, Avril provides trainings and coaching to small businesses. She is a community development enthusiast who is passionate to help businesses across Africa grow. She holds bachelor Degree in Business Administration.
