Arman is a Director at Ark Sea Foods Limited, an export oriented frozen foods plant focused on seafood products. He is in charge of launching Ark Aquaculture that aims to employ semi intensive and intensive methods of aquaculture for shrimp production that leads to higher yields than traditional methods. The project aims to train and finance local farmers to employ these methods increasing the country's overall production and elevating the farmers out of poverty.
