Arhan is the Founding Partner at Co.lab^x - an action-learning community to support experiments in collective leadership for systems change. He also serves as a consultant with Reap Benefit and the Indian School of Democracy. Previously, Arhan was the Director, Alumni Impact at Teach For India where he contributed to develop and execute the organization’s 5-year strategy to accelerate the impact of its 2500-strong network of Alumni. Arhan holds a Master’s Degree in International Education Policy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, USA.
