Archibald is Managing Director at Salone Microfinance Trust (SMT) – a Sierra Leone based financial-service provider supporting the growth of micro, small, and medium entrepreneurs and businesses through access to credit, savings, and advancing financial-literacy skills. SMT is also empowering entrepreneurs with business skills and financial education by leveraging technology using a mobile app to link credit and financial education. Archibald has a master’s degree in Business Administration and is the chair of the Sierra Leone Microfinance Association.
