Ankur is currently working as a Senior Manager at Oorja Development Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. leading fundraising, partnership, communication, and investor reporting functions. He is also responsible for the impact management function and working closely with the Farmer Advisory team. Ankur is helping Oorja increase its social impact while enabling its business expansion. Oorja is a farming-as-a-service (FaaS) company that provides Pay-Per-Use agri-energy services to smallholder farmers through community-based solar assets. Ankur has completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA) and has 5+ years of experience working at the intersections of livelihood, sustainability, gender, and poverty alleviation. Ankur has also worked in the IT sector for 2 years after completing his graduation from the National Institute of Technology, Durgapur (NIT-D).
