Angela is a Co-Founder & the CEO of Rio Fish Limited, a company focused on fixing the fish value chain challenges in Kenya with significant social impact. She is the Chairperson of Commercial Aquaculture Association of Kenya (CAAOK) and a member of Lake Victoria Fisheries Organization (LVFO) Working Group on Fish Genetics, Breeding & Biodiversity. Angela was a finalist for the Social Entrepreneur Award of 2021 by Africa Women Innovation & Entrepreneurship Forum (AWIEF). The Miller Centre Food Systems Accelerator for Social Entrepreneurship graduate and recently attended her in-residence programme at Santa Clara University, California in April 2022. She is a Chartered Accountant and holds a degree in Finance and an MBA.
