Ana María holds a master's degree in Science, Technology and Innovation Management from Universidad de Antioquia. She is currently the director of the MAKAIA Bootcamp, an employment model for the technology sector that identifies talent, trains, and connects them with job opportunities. This initiative promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion in the technology industry and generates economic development opportunities for people living in vulnerable situations. In the last eight years, she has focused on leading social initiatives based on social innovation, working with various stakeholders. Ana is a creative and passionate person who dreams of generating sustainable solutions so more people can develop their full potential.
