Adnin works as Manager of Operations at Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC), a youth-led organization that exists to build connections among youth from diverse backgrounds, equip them with leadership skills, and enable them to have high impact in the society. She holds a BBA from United International University. She has also attended an Executive course on Design Thinking from Stanford d.school.
