Adam is the Founder and CEO of the Forward Institute, a non-profit building a movement for responsible leadership. He set up the Institute with the support of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he was a consultant for five years. He is a Governor of Ark Academy, a school doing amazing work for 1600 children in a challenging part of London. He’s also an Advisory Board member of the Evidence Initiative (a project of the Economist) and advises the British Army on leadership and culture.
