William Lochi

William is from Chukudum, South Sudan and is a Policy & Institutional Advisor to the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs for the Republic of South Sudan. In this capacity, William works with the ministry to strengthen institutional structures and develop strategies for implementing change. Previously, he worked as an oil and gas policy advisor with the South Sudan National Legislative Assembly, and also played a key role in managing the out-of-country voter registration and voting during the 2011 Southern Sudan Referendum in Western Canada. William holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Windsor.Meet the Fellows
