Wendy has a heart for seeing reconciliation come to war-torn lands and the oppressed healed from trauma and set free from control-lines such as commercial sex-trade and child soldier rings. She combines work as a Christian missionary with renewable energy solutions and sustainable business solutions. She is currently studying at a Ministry school in northern California – and plans to go back to Africa to work in missions, sustainable village solutions (renewable energy, clean water) in Central Africa (starting in DRC - Congo). Ranging from pro-bono work with local churches and missions teams serving women coming out of the commercial sex-trade; to setting up distributors and entrepreneurs for solar energy companies (with dlight design). She has a Master's degree in Public Policy and undergraduate degree in engineering.Meet the Fellows
