Tessema is the Founder and General Manager of Able Disability Awareness and Support, a nonprofit focused on developing the personal and entrepreneurial skills of people with disabilities in Ethiopia. Tessema, who himself is disabled, founded the organization to foster positive psychological changes, raise self-esteem and build skills so they can become self-reliant and contribute to society. The author of three books, he holds a master’s degree in Public Management from Ethiopian Civil Service University.Meet the Fellows
