Mónica Borray is the Social Director of Mochileros x Colombia and is in charge of the design, development and execution of sociocultural projects, where she works hand in hand with Afro, indigenous and peasant communities to co-create processes aimed at improving their quality of life using community-based tourism as a tool for transformation.
