Lucía Saborido founded SARAIVA at 23, where she develops her passion every day working with people: whether in the operational management of SARAIVA care centers for the elderly, in research, or in teaching and sharing new methods based on people-centered care and life stories.

She has a degree in Nursing and a Master's degree in Clinical Gerontology from the University of Santiago de Compostela. She completed her training at ESADE (Scaling-up Social Enterprises Program) and IE Business School (Advanced Management Program – Madrid) and has training in Individual Coaching for Team Management.
