Gladis Llano Uribe
Gladis Estela is Director of the Villa Bernarda Socio-Cultural Foundation. An organization that supports people affected by leprosy and multiple disabilities in Sucre, Sincelejo and Cordoba. She developed a Community Based Rehabilitation strategy that promotes bottom-up community development and social inclusion. Gladis is a Franciscan Missionary with experience in humanitarian missions in Bolivia and the Republic of Mali. She has an undergrad on business administration with a focus on solidarity economy and a degree in pedagogy.
