Muzzafar is an Activist & Columnist based in Srinagar. He is the Founder of Jammu & Kashmir RTI Movement and writes regularly on Governance , Sustainable Development and Rights based issues for local and national newspapers / magazines. He ensures and seeks judicial intervention to address these issues as well. Muzzafar has worked with Basix Social Enterprise Group in past leading operations in Jammu & Kashmir region.Meet the Fellows
