2017Nqo has worked in multiple organizations focused on human, socio-economic and environmental rights. As a conservationist he works with marginalised communities, to build resilient and adaptive systems, in response to climate change. He has led teams addressing challenges such as, access to clean energy (SolarNow), building resilient communities (USAID Southern Africa) and, ensuring economic inclusion of rural entrepreneurs through innovative business ecosystems (Development Bank of Southern Africa). He currently provides adaptive change and leadership advisory to enterprises in east and southern Africa. Nqo holds an M.A. in Management from the University of the Witwatersrand, Graduate School of Governance in Johannesburg.
