2013Natalie Grillon began her career in sustainable community development in West Africa and the US, before being selected as a Global Fellow. That role took her to Uganda to manage a smallholder farmers program for organic produce. From these experiences, she co-founded Project JUST to bring transparency to fashion supply chains and empower consumers to shift their purchasing behavior. In 2017, Natalie launched her own consultancy to help innovative apparel sector brands put sustainable practices at their core. Natalie holds a BS in foreign service from Georgetown and an MBA from Cornell University.
